Introduction: The Commercial Division has an exciting opportunity within its client services department for an account administrator. You will be working in the digital satellite sector assisting in the day to day running of one of Domestic and General’s largest and most rewarding accounts.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for the client gathering information from various areas of the business.
  • Manage the end to end data process including the conversion, analysis and authorisation for the Sky account.
  • Act as a contact for the client for resolving customer queries and complaints.
  • Communicate with all other departments across the various sites and work proactively with them to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Set up new schemes, campaigns and processes, liaising with all relevant internal departments and the client.
  • Produce detailed key management information for distribution internally and to client, compiling data from a variety of sources.
  • Co-ordinate the production of new sales and marketing literature and ensure literature is reviewed when appropriate.
  • Maintain clear procedure documents for every operational aspect of the account.
  • Produce and check reports, investigating and resolving issues.
  • Adhere to internal procedures and controls to ensure the integrity of the service to the client.
  • Maintain spreadsheets by getting them up to date.

  • Support the Commercial and Sales Teams with the day to day running of account.

Essential criteria:

Qualifications:

Educated to A-level standard but must have Math’s and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent).

Skills & Experience:

  • You will have a good command of the English language and will be able to develop an understanding of the products the Group offers.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills including pivot tables and formulas and good word processing skill are preferable.
  • Office based administrative experience
  • Microsoft office experience including Word, Powerpoint and advanced Excel
  • Able to work within a team environment
  • Understand how databases work and be able to run database queries
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Experience of being able to manage your own workload
  • Be able to work proactively and use initiative, making recommendations and implementing change
  • Proven track record of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Have a good eye for detail and accuracy of work
