The Service Support Analyst will work as part of the Department Admin team and be responsible for compiling and producing various reports for the Network Management teams and the Service Director; working closely with the other members of the team to ensure that accurate reports are provided in a timely manner.
Tasks
Key responsibilities
Producing quarterly, monthly, and weekly statistics on the cost and quality performance of the individual Clients and Contractors working on behalf of Domestic & General Services, and liaising with the Network Managers regarding the requirements for their individual Networks. Providing the Service Director with the required statistics in a timely manner.
Producing adhoc statistics as and when requested by the Network Managers and Service Director.
Developing new ways of reporting, with the use of MS Macros and other reporting methods to ensure that reports are generated efficiency and accurately.
- Updating, producing and checking existing reports, often to tight deadlines; evaluating and developing reports where necessary.
Experience Needed
Experience
The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of MS Excel, and have a proven track record in producing statistical data in their previous positions or be able to demonstrate their ability in this field. Good numeric and analytical skills are required, possibly A Level maths or similar. Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary and the ability to prioritise their work load is key. Flexibility and commitment are fundamental.
